2017 was the groundbreaking year for Bridge of Hope Global. While 2016 set the stage for what was to come, 2017 set the stage for what would last. The focus moved from providing general/basic needs to creating and maintaining sustainable growth. With a team of 5, BOHG made it’s way to East Africa (Kenya and Uganda) to begin a journey that would further the advancement of Musamba Village and various community leaders throughout Uganda. The team would be challenged as a group, challenged as leaders, and challenged to do what had never been done. Because of the faith and courage of the leadership skills of founder (Miracle Reed), the team had confidence and trust in what would take place. Each person would be given specific assignments, based on talents, abilities and interests. To say that their encounters would change communities in East Africa would be an understatement because not only would the communities in East Africa be changed but also the communities of everyone watching from a distance as well.
It’s one thing to join a team for the purpose of exploration, but it becomes a life changing encounter, when that purpose is to become a Bridge of Hope.
